Editor fails to save changes and perpetual queued target state

Never mind, it has inexplicably begun working again. However, I'm still very interested in learning what it is that I've been doing that might have been affecting wikitude's reliability.

Hi Daniel Parkinson,
to give you the best experience we can, the resources allocated to process object targets are automatically scaled up and down. The scaling can take some time, and if demand is high, this can result in a delay for your request to be processed. We just recently made some changes to decrease the time needed and are monitoring the changes to ensure they have the intended effect.

I'm attempting to rotate an object target. After pressing the Save button, a progress bar is shown for a few minutes before ceasing without recording my changes.
Attempts to upload a new target result in a perpetual "Queued" state. This occurred about 2 weeks ago also.
What am I doing wrong?
